2017
May 18 until June 23 2017
Opening: Thursday May 18, 8pm
Nicolas Grenier‘s artwork Vertically Integrated Socialism will be presented at Clark Center starting May 18. The Montreal-based artist mixes different types of technology-constructed mediums such as 3D animation, Keynote software and audio books to create a new performative experience. The work of Nicolas Grenier evokes the neo-liberal system by representing the different socio-economic strata in the form of an apartment block, thus questioning the place occupied by the different social classes within a society.
The artist will present the project three times a week through a lecture-performance, alternately in French and in English. Admission is free but requires reservation. For more information or to reserve your place, please click here.
